3 Short Thoughts on Mindset:

  1. Mindset determines what you do and how well you do it. Skill set without mindset is useless.
  2. Mindset dictates how you deal with opportunity, adversity, change, challenge, success, preparation and feedback.
  3. Mindset progression: I can’t – I wish – I can – I will – I have

Repetition is not punishment.
Repetition is the mother of skill.
Repetition is required for mastery.

Repetition is the oldest and most effective form of learning in existence and that will never change.

This is true personally and it’s true professionally.
This is true individually and it’s true organizationally.
If you want to get better at anything, you must put in purposeful reps.

How many reps, during the Unseen Hours, do you think this took?
