3 Short Thoughts on Team Cohesion:
- You want a better team? Then be a better teammate. Focus on becoming the best version of yourself.
- Teammate Levels: Average, “You need to change.” Good, “We need to change.” Great, “I need to change.”
- Selfishness is always within a few degrees of every team problem. Need people to buy in and believe in: We > Me
Repetition is not punishment.
Repetition is the mother of skill.
Repetition is required for mastery.
Repetition is the oldest and most effective form of learning in existence and that will never change.
This is true personally and it’s true professionally.
This is true individually and it’s true organizationally.
If you want to get better at anything, you must put in purposeful reps.
How many reps, during the Unseen Hours, do you think this took?
